With twenty years experience in the business, Virtual Spa has had the good fortune to work with many clients both nationally and internationally. Our clients range from small day spas to large resort chains. We take great care to understand the needs of all of our clients and work hard to meet those needs.

Design & Development Program

At Virtual Spa, design and development is structured in five comprehensive phases: concept and design, facility development, program development, implementation and management. We can be retained for one or all of these phases and we work with our clients on an individual basis to determine specific needs and requirements

Smooth Opening Program

This program is designed to assist you with a smooth opening of your new spa. Get started with a manual for every detail to help you prepare and plan as well as assistance prior to your actual opening. Complete with checklists, schedules, budget tracking, staffing, training charts, and much more.

Management Services Program

If you are new to the Spa Industry and are looking for assistance in managing your new spa, Virtual Spa can assist you in a temporary capacity to support you while you are beginning as well as long-term management solutions.

Quality Control Program

Our Quality Control program is excellent for the existing spa, looking for assistance with increasing profitability. This program includes a professional shoppers critique, review of financial information, an interview with key management, and a final report on existing operations and suggestions to maximize efficiency.

Marketing And Sales Programs

Virtual Spa consultants can provide expert assistance in developing your marketing and sales plan. This will include: customer and situation analysis, communication goals and objectives, action plan with coordinating budget/facilitation calendar and/or incentive plan.

Retention Strategies/Integration Program
